A Gourmet Trip Along The US Gulf Coast

If you wish to take a culinary trip to experience the Southern cuisine, there are certain destinations that every foodie needs to uncover. If you are embarking on such a trip be ready to try different dishes that will leave you craving for more. It would also introduce you to certain essential dishes of the Southern style cuisine such as po’boy, shrimp-based dishes or the sticky jambalaya.

In such a road trip, you need to make New Orleans your most important destination. This city or region in Louisiana has several distinct cuisines that you need to discover, Creole and Cajun are being two of them.
